For all of these, remove the plastic as soon as you take it out of the freezer.

Leave to defrost overnight in a saucepan. Before I heat it, I remove some of the sauce, add quite a bit (maybe 3 very heaped teaspoons) of cornflour. Heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens. I cut a frozen pastry sheet into quarters, cook two of the quarters, and put it on top of the meat to make a fake pie. We have this with mashed potatoes and cabbage.

Leave to defrost overnight in a saucepan. Cut up some potatoes into bit-sized pieces and cook. Add to the curry. Heat gently. Serve with rice.

Leave to defrost overnight on a baking tray (I put a little alfoil under them, just to make cleaning easy). Preheat oven to 180°. Brush tops with milk. Cook for about 45 minutes (until the pastry's brown - the filling is already cooked). We like these with mashed potatoes and tinned corn.
